Seth has spent years working at the intersection of technology and consumer protection. After watching family members and community seniors fall victim to sophisticated fraud schemes, he became committed to building tools that give everyday people the power to fight back.
His mission is simple: use technology to level the playing field between scammers and their targets — and make sure no senior ever feels alone when facing fraud.

Jeff brings a background in senior advocacy and community education. He has seen firsthand how devastating fraud can be — not just financially, but emotionally — and has dedicated himself to making sure seniors have access to clear, plain-language tools and resources they can actually use.
He believes education is the strongest defense against scams, and that seniors deserve a trusted resource that speaks to them with respect — not fear.
